Not every leak drips somewhere you can see it. Water travels along framing and under flooring, so the stain often appears far from the source. We use pressure testing, acoustic listening and moisture mapping to find the actual point of failure.
How to tell you have a leak you cannot see
Hidden leaks are usually found by their side effects rather than by water. Any one of these is worth investigating:
A leak under a slab or inside a wall does structural and mould damage long before it shows. Finding it early is almost always cheaper than the repairs that follow ignoring it.
How the visit actually goes
We test pressure and shut off zones to establish whether the leak is supply, drain or irrigation.
Acoustic equipment and moisture readings narrow the location to a specific spot, not a general area.
You see what we found and where, along with the smallest access needed to reach it.
We repair the line, retest under pressure to confirm it is dry, and clean up fully.
Detection is quoted as its own step, so you are paying to know exactly where the problem is before committing to any repair. Once located, you get a firm repair price. If we cannot find a leak, we tell you that rather than inventing one.

Can you find a leak without tearing out walls or floors?
That is the entire point of leak detection. Using pressure isolation, acoustic listening and moisture readings, we narrow the source to a specific point so the access opening is as small as possible — instead of opening wall after wall hoping to find it.
What is a slab leak?
A leak in a water line running beneath your concrete foundation. Warm spots on the floor, unexplained bill increases and the sound of water with everything off are the usual signs. They need locating precisely, because the alternative is breaking concrete blind.
Do you repair the leak too, or only find it?
Both. We are a full plumbing company, so the same visit that locates the leak can generally repair it — you are not left holding a report and calling somebody else.
Will my insurance cover it?
Policies commonly cover resulting water damage while excluding the failed pipe itself, but it varies. Our written documentation of what we found and where is what your adjuster will need, and we are glad to provide it.
How quickly should I act?
Quickly. A hidden leak does not stay the same size — it wets more framing, feeds mould, and keeps billing you every month. It is one of the few plumbing problems that is purely getting worse while you wait.
